State Level Artists' Camp, Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi

From 2nd to 12th December 1991, Basanta Kumari Samanta joined the State Level Artists' Camp organised by the Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi at her alma mater, the Govt. College of Art and Crafts, Khallikote, Ganjam — a ten-day residential camp that brought the state's Akademi-recognised painters back to the campus where her own career had begun three decades earlier.
